Shipment processing time
Infused Amphora wants to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Domestic orders – United Kingdom
Our distribution facility is open Monday – Friday, not including holidays. We will process all orders made before 2PM GMT weekdays to be shipped within 48 hours. All orders received after 2PM will be processed the next day, unless received after 2PM GMT on Fridays in which case they will be processed the following business day.

All orders received after 10AM will be processed the next day, unless received after 10AM GMT on Fridays in which case they will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has is processed, you will receive notification of shipment and tracking.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed for you at checkout. Domestic orders (UK) and orders over £50 ship free of charge.
All domestic orders are shipped via Standard Royal Mail First Class to be delivered with tracking within 48 hours. Orders to the EU to be delivered with tracking within 72 hours.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If for any reason you have not received your order in the timeframe indicated by your shipment notification email, please, refer to your tracking number and contact the carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed for shipment containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours from processing.
If you have a change of address, or if there is a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
No need to worry, our customers' discretion is essential to us. Infused Amphora ships your parcels in discreet plain and unmarked packaging for your personal privacy.
If you're not absolutely satisfied with your product purchased through infusedamphora.com, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of your date of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
