CBD Benefits: Why CBD and Yoga Go So Well Together

After the 10 weeks, yoga helped improve stress over time, reduced anxiety and improved their overall health status.  A more recent study in 2018 found that after 12 weeks of hatha yoga,depression, anxiety, and stress decreased significantly for the women who participated.
